Do you provide samples?
We know it is important to be able to evaluate items first hand so you can
order with confidence.
Therefore, we encourage our clients to request samples.
Random samples from prior production
runs are available. Or you can request
pre-production samples with your name, logo or message.
We will advise you of
any applicable sample charges.
How can I obtain pricing information?
Call us or email us. We will make suggestions to meet your objectives, your
budget and
your timeline. We will then price the products you select.
What are setup charges?
Setup charges cover the manufacturer’s costs of labor and materials to prepare
your logo
for imprinting. Setup charges may include one or more of the following:
printing plates, film,
screens, embroidery tapes or molds. These costs are
independent of the cost of the product.
We will inform you if setup charges
apply. There usually are no setup charges for exact reorders.
How long after an order is placed before it is shipped?
Generally, items are ready for shipment within two weeks following artwork
approval.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we do. Production time for rush services varies by product. Expedited
shipping is
recommended for very important deadlines when time is short. We
will advise you of
applicable rush charges.
What are the payment terms?
Invoices are due upon receipt for approved accounts.
What credit cards are accepted?
We gladly accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
