Zach Chappell joined Horizon Promotional Products in 2016 while still in high school, starting as a Warehouse Associate before advancing to Warehouse Assistant Manager and Logistics Coordinator. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience across nearly every aspect of the business, from artwork and fulfillment to e-commerce, accounting, and finance. Now serving as Vice President and Team Leader for ERM at Team IMPACT, Zach helps clients grow their brands through creative projects, program development, and cost-efficient solutions. Outside of work, he coaches youth baseball for CBU across Florida and enjoys boating, fishing, golfing, and traveling the world. Known for his passion, drive, and dedication to helping others succeed, Zach plays a key role in Horizon’s continued growth and innovation.
